Qualifications and experience -
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
- Relevant hospital pharmacy experience will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and applicable drug regulations.
. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of medication dispensing.
- Zero/low dispensing and medication errors.
- Proper maintenance of pharmacy stock and records.
- Compliance with FEFO and expiry management.
- Timely replenishment and prevention of stock-outs.
- Proper storage and temperature monitoring.
- Accurate controlled-drug and statutory documentation.
- Compliance with NABH and hospital pharmacy policies.
- Timely reporting and escalation of medication-related incidents.
- Patient and clinical department satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
