Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to manage direct customer interactions, drive sales, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle direct customer interactions and execute product sales
- Explain jewellery product details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
- Assist customers with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of jewellery products (training will be provided)
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Ability to work as part of a team
Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
