Job Title: HR Generalist
Role Overview We are looking for an HR Generalist who can manage core HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced creative work environment. This role requires someone who can support business growth through efficient hiring, employee coordination, and streamlined HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation processes Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and employee communication
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Support payroll inputs, compliance coordination, and vendor follow-ups as required
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational documentation
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
- Must have hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
- Must be a graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and operational tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR-related tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI tools for HR operations and productivity
- Experience working with startups, creative agencies, architecture, or design firms is a plus
- Familiarity with attendance management, onboarding systems, and HR trackers
