Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (US Market) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in US Business Development, with excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and nurture leads through various channels.
The role requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Prospecting
a) Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels.
b) Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
c) Research target markets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
● Client Relationship Management
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
b) Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings.
c) Establish trust and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
● Sales & Business Development
a) Schedule meetings and appointments with decision-makers.
b) Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into business opportunities.
c) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
d) Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● CRM & Reporting
a) Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
b) Update sales reports and track pipeline progress regularly.
c) Utilize sales tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Monday.com, email outreach platforms, and Excel for efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
a) Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Business Development or International Sales.
b) Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
c) Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting.
d) Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
e) Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
f) Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
g) Commercial acumen with the ability to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
h) Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Monday.com, email outreach tools, and MS Excel.
i) Ability to work in US Business Hours (Night Shift).
j) Experience in the US Healthcare or Healthcare BPO industry will be an added advantage.
