About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who can understand business requirements, consult clients, and convert opportunities into successful projects. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of IT Sales and Business Analysis skills, enabling them to identify client pain points, suggest suitable technology solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Promote services such as Website Development, E-commerce Solutions, CRM, ERP, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Development.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project scopes.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Analysis
- Gather and document client requirements.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Create requirement documents, user stories, and project briefs for the development team.
- Coordinate between clients and technical teams to ensure proper understanding of project requirements.
- Assist in project planning and scope definition.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide consultation on technology solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Website Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Graduate in Business, IT, Computer Applications, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Strong business understanding and consultative selling approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
