Job Opening: Training Manager – Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Engineering departments.
- Develop and implement annual training plans and skill development programs.
- Conduct and coordinate technical, quality, safety, ERP, and behavioral training.
- Maintain employee skill matrices, training records, and competency assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support ISO, customer, and regulatory training compliance requirements.
- Develop internal trainers and standard training materials.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA HR / Training & Development preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or technical competency management.
- Experience in Electrical Panels, Industrial Automation, Electronics Assembly, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
