We are seeking a passionate, energetic and proactive Centre Head to lead one of our centres and ensure excellence across academics, operations, team leadership and parent engagement. The Centre Head will act as the face of the centre — creating a safe, nurturing and high-quality learning environment while driving admissions growth and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the community.
The role requires a balance of educational leadership, operational management, and people management, ensuring that the centre consistently delivers a joyful and enriching early-years experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the centre, including staffing, scheduling, safety, facility management and compliance.
- Ensure the centre meets quality, hygiene, safety and regulatory standards for preschool and daycare operations.
- Maintain a warm and nurturing “home-away-from-home” environment for children.
Academic Leadership
- Work closely with the academic team to implement and monitor curriculum delivery.
- Ensure high standards of learning outcomes and classroom practices.
- Support teachers with guidance, training and classroom observations to continuously improve teaching quality.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate teachers and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work culture aligned with the organisation’s values.
- Ensure staff accountability, professional growth and effective team coordination.
Parent Engagement
- Build strong and trusting relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings and feedback sessions.
- Address concerns proactively and ensure high parent satisfaction.
- Organise parent interactions, workshops and centre events.
Admissions & Growth
- Drive centre admissions and retention goals through parent engagement, referrals and community outreach.
- Build partnerships within the local community to enhance the centre’s visibility and reputation.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Monitor centre budgets, expenses and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost control while maintaining high operational standards.
- Track centre performance and contribute to improving overall profitability.
Culture & Values
- Promote a culture of inclusion, curiosity, lifelong learning and joyful discovery.
- Lead by example, maintaining a visible and hands-on presence in classrooms and centre activities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in preschool / early-years education leadership or centre management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to mentor and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with parents and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Multiple Intelligences or other early-years pedagogies is an advantage.
- A child-centric yet business-oriented mindset, comfortable with both academics and operations.
- Willingness to be hands-on, proactive and present on the centre floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
