Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, market research, business development, and supporting marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Identify and generate potential customer leads.
- Conduct market research and prospect analysis.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Support customer outreach through calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Participate in sales discussions and client meetings.
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Support digital marketing and social media activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Create promotional content and marketing materials.
- Track and report marketing campaign performance.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Support customer acquisition activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech)
- MBA Graduates Preferred
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
