Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients including architects, builders, corporates, distributors, and interior designers
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events
- Qualify inbound and outbound business opportunities
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Conduct product presentations and prepare proposals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals effectively
Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Assist in developing sales and market expansion strategies
- Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Networking & Brand Promotion
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events
- Represent the company at business forums and client meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
Experience in building materials, construction, industrial products, or fire protection industry preferred
Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities
