At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee – GTM in our Sales Enablement & Solutioning team.

What is this role all about?
This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a business-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with the GTM, Sales, Product and Solutioning teams to understand customer challenges, support pre-sales initiatives, and help design solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise customers.

You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives

You will support solutioning activities by gathering customer requirements and mapping them to Kapture CX capabilities

You will assist in creating presentations, proposals, business cases and customer-facing documentation

You will participate in customer discovery calls, product demonstrations and solution workshops

You will support sales enablement activities by creating collateral, playbooks and knowledge assets

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from evaluation to implementation
This is a Bangalore-based role.
We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation, collaboration and faster learning.
