Job Description:
Mittal mediplus clinic is hiring a Clinic Operations & Nursing Executive in Gurgaon, Haryana. Mittal mediplus clinic is a fast-growing healthcare setup offering polyclinic services, pharmacy support, and home healthcare solutions. The role involves managing clinic operations, supporting doctors during consultations, handling patient care, and performing field duties such as home visits and sample collection. This position in Gurgaon is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in both clinical and operational aspects of healthcare while growing into leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood sample collection from homes and coordinate with labs
- Provide nursing care including IV, IM, and SC injections
- Assist in home healthcare visits and patient care services
- Manage clinic operations including opening, hygiene, and readiness
- Coordinate with doctors for OPD schedules and consultations
- Handle patient walk-ins, calls, and appointment bookings
- Work with pharmacy team for home delivery coordination
- Ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / DMLT qualification
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness for field work and home visits
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Smartphone handling and basic digital knowledge
- Ability to manage split shifts and multitask
- Patient-focused and responsible approach
