Job Description:
Salary computation and payroll processing for all employees
Complete knowledge on PF, ESIC, PT and all statutory compliances which includes process, procedures and filing.
Accounts writing & Finalization of accounts relating Companies/Partnership firm
Preparing and filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B returns after reconciling with the books monthly. TDS deductions rates and preparing the reconciliation in excel for payment and filing the TDS return (24Q & 26Q) of the same.
Bank and ledgers reconciliation.
Computation of Income Tax Liabilities of Individuals, Partnership Firms, Private Ltd.
Working and filing of GST Annual Return.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Prepare and share weekly, monthly and quarterly basis mis reporting to management.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Reconciliation of TDS with form No. 26 AS Petty Cash Handling and its reporting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
