Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented In-Field Academic Counsellor who can effectively counsel prospective students and convince them to enrol in our courses.
The role involves meeting prospective customers/students in the field, understanding their requirements, explaining the right course, handling their queries and objections, and successfully converting them into paid admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective students/customers through assigned field activities.
- Understand the student's educational background, requirements, and career goals.
- Recommend the most suitable course based on the student's needs.
- Clearly explain the course structure, benefits, learning outcomes, and admission process.
- Effectively communicate the value and career benefits of the course.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Build trust and maintain strong communication with prospective students.
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion.
- Convert prospective customers into confirmed course admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly course-sales/admission targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to complete the admission process.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer follow-ups.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in academic counselling, education sales, field sales, or course sales will be preferred.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: 10% on every course sold
- Higher earning potential based on individual course sales and performance.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, customer-focused, and comfortable with field work. The candidate should have the ability to understand a customer's needs, explain the right course, handle objections, and successfully close the admission.
