About Kathputlee Arts & Films
We are a creative production house with film and brand DNA. We have produced content for Netflix, worked with Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Kriti Sanon, and built campaigns for Hero Cycles, Kirloskar, Lux, and PI Industries. We work across brand films, documentaries, social content, and scripted originals.
We require editors for ongoing project-based work across fiction and non-fiction formats.
What You Will Work On
- Short-form reels and social content for brands and films
- Non-fiction edits — documentaries, podcast visuals, talking-head interviews, editorial content
- Fiction and scripted narrative — short films, series content, promos
- Trailers, teasers, BTS, and event highlight edits
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional editing experience
- Strong portfolio showing work across at least two formats (fiction, non-fiction, brand, social)
- Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Demonstrated understanding of pacing, sound design, and story structure
- Ability to work independently on briefs that are functional, not prescriptive
- Comfortable with project-based, variable-volume work
Good to Have
- Experience with colour grading
- Exposure to documentary or short film editing
- Familiarity with vertical formats and platform-native content
Work Structure
