Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring effective customer engagement for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills to maximize sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize project bookings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Generate business through channel sales networks.
Sales Operations
- Monitor lead generation, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer data and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transactions.
Market Development
- Identify new sales opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Support branding and business development initiatives.
