About the Role
Durable Pipes & Fittings Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager who can independently manage the complete Human Resource function of our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR operations, factory administration, and labour law compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
- Campus hiring and vendor management.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll accurately.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowances, and incentives.
- Manage salary revisions, increments, and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA Act, Minimum Wages Act, Shops & Establishment (where applicable), and other labour laws.
- Handle statutory returns, inspections, and government audits.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Warning Letters, Experience Letters, and Exit Documents.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Manage attendance and leave management.
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Handle disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries.
- Build a positive work culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
Performance Management
- Implement KPI/KRA systems.
- Conduct performance appraisal cycles.
- Identify training and development needs.
Training & Development
- Organize induction and technical training.
- Maintain training records.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Factory HR & Administration
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments.
- Contractor manpower management.
- Labour attendance and contractor compliance.
- Support safety initiatives and factory audits.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Monitor attrition, absenteeism, manpower, recruitment, and compliance reports.
- Present HR updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management / MSW (HR) / Equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
- 7–12 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Minimum 5 years in an HR Manager role.
- Experience in handling complete HR functions independently.

Salary
₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 CTC per annum (Negotiable based on experience)

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Manufacturing / Plastic / Pipes / Engineering / Automotive / FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of factory labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Able to independently lead the HR department and support business growth.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
