ABOUT THE ROLE -
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in managing customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat efficiently.
- Provide accurate, timely information regarding company products, services, and operational processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and effective support.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure final resolution.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and improve overall customer experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS -
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 per year
