Job Summary
The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow, supervising support staff, maintaining office facilities, and coordinating with vendors to provide an efficient and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Oversee office assistants, housekeeping staff, security personnel, and other support staff.
- Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and facility services.
- Monitor office supplies and pantry stock; raise purchase requests when required.
- Ensure all office equipment (printers, photocopiers, air conditioners, etc.) is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting arrangements are in place.
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and office procedures.
- Assist HR and Administration with employee onboarding, office events, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare administrative reports and submit updates to management.
- Address day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration or office supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
