About the RoleThe MDM Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and standardized master data across Magento, Tally, and internal operational systems. The role involves SKU mapping, product master validation, data governance, and ensuring consistency across platforms to support seamless business operations.
Designation – SAP MDM AnalystLocation – GandhinagarJob Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Product, SKU, Material, and Category master data.
- Preparation of Product Bill of Material.
- Ensure accurate SKU mapping between Magento and Tally systems.
- Validate new hardware, material, and product onboarding data.
- Monitor and update PDP options, attributes, and category changes.
- Identify and resolve duplicate or incorrect master data entries.
- Coordinate with Category, Production, Finance, and Tech teams for data alignment.
- Maintain data consistency across reports and operational systems.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and standardization.
- Support process automation and master data improvement initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking for all master data updates.
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)Skills:
- Advance knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data handling.
- Experience for Power BI and Micros preparation work.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Magento, and Tally. (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy mindset.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy.
- Understanding of SKU structure and product Catalog management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Process-oriented and proactive approach towards issue resolution.
Experience:
- 2-4 Years preferred in Data Management.
- ERP Coordination, SAP Or Oracle Data Updating and Managing activity in any operation field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
