We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, mentoring sales executives, driving showroom performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Monitor and improve individual and team performance
- Handle key customer interactions and support the sales closure process
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, and test drives
- Coordinate with management for planning promotional activities and stock
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
