Job Description:
- Manage vendor development, supplier relationships, and negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Implement purchasing strategies and cost optimization for food, non-food, and packaging materials.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations to ensure uninterrupted material availability across NCR and other locations.
- Supervise store operations, including receiving, dispatch, stock management, documentation, and system entries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, par stock maintenance, monthly reconciliation, and physical stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, temperature control, and compliance with inventory standards.
- Coordinate vendor approvals, bill verification, payment processing, and monthly vendor reconciliations with Finance.
- Support new product development by sourcing materials, obtaining competitive pricing, and ensuring product availability.
- Coordinate logistics, inter-city material transfers, and procurement for special events (ODCs) to ensure timely supply.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
