STP OPERATOR – FRESHER

We are looking for freshers to join our team as STP Operators. This is a great opportunity to build a career in water and wastewater treatment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor STP plant equipment and treatment processes.
- Monitor pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and other equipment.
- Check basic plant parameters and maintain operation records.
- Support routine maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Report equipment issues and abnormal plant conditions.
- Follow safety procedures and environmental standards.
- Maintain daily operation logs and site records.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at plant/site locations and in shifts if required.
