- Provide legal advice and consultation on immigration laws, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Assess clients' eligibility for various visa categories, permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
- Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting legal documents.
- Guide clients through the immigration process and explain legal requirements and procedures.
- Ensure all immigration cases comply with current immigration laws and government regulations.
- Communicate with government authorities, immigration departments, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients.
- Provide updates to clients regarding application status and legal developments.
- Assist clients with study visas, visitor visas, family sponsorships, and permanent residency applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
