About Us:
Alpha Funding Co is a loan consultancy firm based in Vapi with 3.5+ years in the industry, offering personal loans, business loans, loan against property, project finance, and more. We work closely with leading banks and NBFCs to help individuals and businesses get the right financing.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated telecaller/lead generation executive to reach out to prospective and existing clients, generate loan inquiries, and coordinate initial follow-ups. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to grow in the finance/sales space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and past clients to generate loan inquiries
- Explain our loan products (personal, business, LAP) clearly and answer basic questions
- Maintain a daily call log and follow-up tracker
- Schedule qualified leads for further discussion with the founder/operations team
- Coordinate with the operations team for document collection once a lead converts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or BPO preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Good spoken Hindi/Gujarati/English
- Basic computer/smartphone comfort (WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
- Self-motivated, comfortable with daily calling targets
