We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can efficiently manage daily operations, coordinate teams, handle customers, and maintain smooth logistics flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day offshore logistics operations
Supervise dispatch and operations staff
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Handle operational escalations and issue resolution
Monitor KPIs, load tracking, and service performance
Maintain operational reports and workflow efficiency
Improve team productivity and operational processes
Ensure smooth communication across departments
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or dispatch operations
Team handling and operations management experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of load planning, tracking, and customer coordination
Experience with AUS logistics/offshore operations is preferred
Basic knowledge of Excel and logistics software
Preferred Candidate:
Self-driven and responsible Strong leadership and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organized Good customer handling ability
