About the Role We are seeking an experienced OKta Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions using Okta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Okta and IAM, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. As an OKta Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our client's systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Okta solutions for identity and access management, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and user lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Okta with various applications and systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Okta implementations and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Okta and IAM
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline Okta-related processes
- Participate in the development of IAM strategies and roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Have 6-10 years of experience in Okta and IAM
- Possess strong knowledge of Okta features, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and user lifecycle management
- Have experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
- Have a strong understanding of security and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
