JOB DESCRIPTION
The Store Manager is responsible for managing overall showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and vendor coordination
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive store productivity and maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for business growth.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion, average billing, UPT, and footfall.
- Ensure effective customer engagement and repeat business development.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+Years experience required in retail
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Customer relationship management
SALARY: 15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
