JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Strategic & Executive Support
- Calendar & PrioritizationAlign the CEO’s calendar with business priorities (customer focus, R&D, manufacturing excellence, and global expansion).Anticipate conflicts and ensure adequate prep time for high-impact discussions with customers, investors, and regulators.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-upCreate concise briefs with customer insights, industry trends, and technical highlights for internal/external meetings.Track follow-up actions (technical, commercial, or operational) and ensure closure across departments.
- GatekeepingFilter non-critical issues and channel relevant information to appropriate leaders while protecting CEO’s focus on strategy and growth.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Internal CoordinationAct as a bridge between CEO and leadership (Sales, R&D, Operations, Service, HR). Ensure alignment of communication across the organization.
- External RelationsManage correspondence with global OEMs, calibration authorities, government agencies, and technology partners.Draft CEO-level communications, speeches for industry events, and presentations for customers and investors.
- Information FlowMaintain a timely pipeline of updates from business units (sales pipeline, delivery, customer service, financial dashboards).
3. Project & Initiative Management
- CEO Office ProgramsDrive strategic initiatives such as:
- Expansion into global markets
- Digitization of products and services
- Customer success & service excellence programs
- Research & AnalysisConduct competitive benchmarking in metrology and testing.Prepare business insights on growth opportunities, investments, and partnerships.
- Special ProjectsLead confidential and cross-functional projects (M&A assessments, JV discussions, investor pitches).
4. Governance & Board/Investor Support
- Board Meeting CoordinationPrepare board packs, agendas, and minutes aligned with growth roadmap.Liaise with directors, auditors, and compliance advisors.
- ReportingTrack KPIs across revenue, profitability, R&D output, and customer satisfaction for CEO/Board dashboards.
- Policy & ComplianceEnsure CEO’s office meets governance, legal, and ISO/CE compliance requirements for products and exports.
5. Operational Efficiency
- Process OptimizationRecommend tools and workflows for better cross-functional coordination (project trackers, CRM, ERP).
- Event & Travel ManagementManage logistics for CEO’s travel (domestic/international) to customer plants, global trade shows, and calibration bodies.Coordinate leadership offsites and customer-focused events.
- Confidentiality & DiscretionHandle sensitive information (contracts, pricing, negotiations) with integrity and confidentiality.
6. Personal Assistance (as Applicable)
- Support CEO in balancing professional and personal commitments when needed.
- Manage schedules, travel, and lifestyle requirements to maximize efficiency.

- Calendar Alignment: ≥ 90% of CEO’s time aligned with top 3–5 strategic priorities each quarter.
- Meeting Effectiveness: ≥ 95% of meetings supported with pre-read briefs and ≥ 90% action closure within deadlines.
- CEO Productivity: Reduction in rescheduled/cancelled meetings by ≥ 20% YoY.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Internal Communication: Timely circulation of CEO messages/updates within 48 hours of decision.
- External Communication: ≥ 95% of CEO external correspondence error-free, on-time, and aligned with brand tone.
- Information Flow: Zero major escalations due to delayed/withheld information.
3. Project & Initiative Management
- Strategic Projects: ≥ 90% of CEO Office-led initiatives delivered on time, within scope.
