Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – International Sales to join our client's Business Development team. This role focuses on driving international lead generation and expanding the global footprint of proprietary OWC technology across Telecom, Enterprise Connectivity, Defence, ISPs, and Global Telecom System Integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture international leads using email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Market Development: Research and analyze global telecom markets to penetrate enterprise connectivity and defence communication verticals.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with senior sales leadership to convert qualified leads into business opportunities; support proposal development and client presentations.
- Technology Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of OWC-based solutions as a superior alternative to fibre and RF last-mile connectivity.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and pipeline status on the CRM tool; track KPIs to optimize campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in international sales or business development within the telecom / enterprise domain.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field. (MBA/PGDM from a premier institute is a plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecom domain, including enterprise connectivity, backhaul solutions, and system integration.
- Key Skills: Expertise in B2B digital lead generation tools, email marketing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Attributes: Excellent international communication, presentation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Advantage: Prior exposure to Optical Wireless Communication, fibre alternatives, or RF-based connectivity solutions.
