Job description – Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to present and promote real estate inventories.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
3. Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and goals are met
4. Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
5. Prepare and present competitive offers and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents.
6. Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
8. Build and nurture a strong client network through marketing, referrals, and service.
9. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and improve overall real estate sales performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience required in real estate selling.
3. A proven track record of meeting the sales target.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Basic understanding of Microsoft and CRM tools.
