Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring strong relationships, smooth communication, and measurable business growth.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients.
- Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support business planning and revenue growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Account Management or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or restaurant industry is a bonus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
