Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and converting leads into projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, client-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings for business discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, corporates, and individual clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams for proposals.
- Conduct client presentations and explain company services effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Strong local market knowledge and business network.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
