- Design and deliver structured German language training programmes for learners at various proficiency levels (A1–C2).
- Develop participants' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through interactive and learner-centric methodologies.
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence construction, and conversational fluency.
- Prepare learners for internationally recognized proficiency examinations, including Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, and TELC, where applicable.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, presentations, and periodic examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized mentoring to facilitate continuous language development.
- Prepare and update lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment resources aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, learner progress reports, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to enhance programme quality and achieve organizational training objectives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
