We are looking for a passionate and caring LKG Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a child-centric teaching approach to create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct interactive and age-appropriate learning activities for LKG students
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Manage classroom routines, discipline, and student participation effectively
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of children
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and activity materials
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents
- Participate in school events, training programs, and academic activities
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Creative, energetic, patient, and child-friendly personality
- Ability to engage and manage young learners effectively
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant teaching qualification preferred
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as an LKG/Pre-Primary Homeroom Teacher is preferred
- Homeroom teaching experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
