Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop solutions for product, project and sustenance delivery
- Build scalable solutions on AEM Sites & Assets
- Lead AEM 6.x/AMS → AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) migrations
- Design cloud-native architectures aligned with Adobe best practices
- Drive content, asset & code migration, repository restructuring and Dispatcher modernization
- Optimize AEM implementations for scalability, performance & security
- Develop content-driven applications and integrate AEM with other systems
- Lead customer demos & POCs
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members
Required Skills
Strong Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring & Hibernate
Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling Models, OSGi & HTL
Strong understanding of AEMaaCS architecture & cloud-native development
Hands-on with AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD & Git
Experience migrating AEM 6.x/AMS to AEMaaCS
Dispatcher conversion & repository modernization experience
AEM Sites migration, Editable Templates & Headless delivery
AEM Assets migration, Dynamic Media & asset metadata management
Bulk asset migration experience
Knowledge of Content Transfer Tool (CTT), Repository Modernizer & Cloud Acceleration Manager (CAM)
