Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and special requests
- Handle guest queries and basic complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas at all times
- Assist in buffet setup, clearance, and closing duties
- Follow service standards and restaurant policies
- Support team during peak hours without being told
