We are seeking a Business Development Executive/Senior Executive to support business growth in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) segment. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, tender participation, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customers
- Generate leads and support client acquisition activities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Manage tender documentation and submission processes
- Follow up with clients and maintain business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
- Support revenue generation and business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, tendering, or proposal management preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of technical and commercial proposal preparation
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage client relationships
