Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves direct interaction with clients to promote and sell the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
· Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals.
· Maintain and update the CRM system.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
· HSC / Degree.
· Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
