- Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, spoilage, and quantity discrepancies.
- Unload, label, and store merchandise in designated locations using appropriate safety practices.
- Rotate stock using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent expiration. [1, 2, 3, 4]
2. Inventory Control & Auditing
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to identify when items need to be reordered. [1, 2, 3]
3. Order Fulfillment & Administration
- Fulfill internal requisitions or customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Update inventory management software, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and logs in real-time.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts departments regarding purchasing, returns, or reimbursements. [1, 2, 3, 4]
4. Safety & Maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage spaces.
- Ensure compliance with company and government health and safety regulations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
