- Transform ideas into visually powerful campaigns across digital, print, social media, websites, product launches, packaging, exhibitions, and offline experiences.
- Develop breakthrough concepts that strengthen brand identity while driving engagement and business impact.
- Champion a premium, science-led visual language across every customer touchpoint.
Bring Stories to Life
- Conceptualize and create scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ad creatives, and digital campaigns.
- Lead storyboarding, art direction, and editing for short-form video.
- Produce motion graphics, kinetic typography, micro-animations, and visually engaging product explainers.
Own the Brand Experience
- Maintain visual consistency across every platform from social media to websites, WhatsApp communication, events, and interactive experiences.
- Build scalable design systems and ensure every creative reflects the brand's premium positioning.
Lead Shoots & Creative Production
- Plan and direct product shoots, lifestyle campaigns, event coverage.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, creators, and production teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Partner closely with marketing, content, product, and growth teams to transform briefs into conversion-driven creative.
- Present concepts confidently, contribute fresh ideas, and challenge conventional thinking.

What We're Looking For?
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, motion graphics, video editing, and storytelling.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in art direction, video production, and post-production.
- Ability to translate strategy into visually compelling creative.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or D2C brands is a strong advantage.
