Overview : You will be responsible for driving growth across both B2B and B2C markets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be adept at managing the complexities of both B2B and B2C dynamics while leading efforts to expand Ticket 9’s market presence.
For B2B Development:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients, event organizers, and promoters who can benefit from Ticket 9’s solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality B2B leads through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Create tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for B2B prospects, focusing on how Ticket 9 can solve their challenges.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on long-term relationships and recurring revenue.
Partnership Development:
- Establish strategic partnerships with event management firms, associations, and other industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
- Strong business skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
