About the Role
Nimbus Adcom Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Representative to support outbound and inbound lead qualification efforts for CPaaS and SaaS solutions.
The candidate will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B technology sales, customer communication, and long-term growth in the SaaS/CPaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and inbound leads.
- Research accounts and stakeholders to understand business needs and communication challenges.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with target industries and customer segments.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Introduce and position CPaaS/SaaS solutions such as:
o SMS APIs
o Voice Solutions
o IVR
o WhatsApp APIs
o Email APIs
o Cloud Telephony
o Automation Platforms
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Ensure proper handover with clear documentation of customer requirements and discussion
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
