Position: Behavioral Therapist and Child Psychologist
Location: Comunicare Therapy Centre, Bangalore
Employment Type: Consultant (Part-time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist and Child Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The therapist will work with children with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral intervention programs.
- Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive skills.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, special educators, and families.
- Train and support parents/caregivers in implementing strategies at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied), Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
