We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and clerical tasks. In this role, you will act as the foundational support for the HR team, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and managing day-to-day employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintain digital and electronic employee records (e.g., contracts, PTO tracking, performance reviews) and ensure data integrity in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist recruiters by posting job openings on various boards, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and conducting initial resume screenings.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation, and collecting required compliance paperwork. Assist with exit interview scheduling and offboarding checklists.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Provide administrative support for payroll processing by verifying attendance data and tracking leaves of absence. Assist employees with basic benefits-related questions.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure company operations align with local, state, and federal labor laws. Help distribute updated company policies and employee handbooks.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiries, directing complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
Skills and QualificationsRequired:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role (HR experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Confidentiality: Strong ethical standards and a proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
Pay: ₹10,859.88 - ₹33,167.16 per month
