Human Resources Executive – Hospitality (Hotels & Resorts)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and HR operations for our hotel and resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct training and performance appraisals.
- Implement HR policies and ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Hospitality Management.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in hotels/resorts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR software.
