We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the jewellery business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer relationship skills, and experience in retail sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing showroom operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Manage inventory coordination and product movement with relevant departments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase showroom footfall and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
