- Generate new business for Third Party (Contract Manufacturing) services.
- Identify and develop new clients across India requiring pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product development, manufacturing, packaging, pricing, and delivery.
- Prepare and share quotations, product lists, and manufacturing proposals with clients.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, QA/QC, regulatory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and order quantities with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate for artwork approvals, packaging material, and product specifications with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding accounts within approved limits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate internally for quick resolution.
- Generate leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, online portals, and other digital platforms.
- Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
- Ensure complete documentation for third-party manufacturing orders and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the regulatory department for product permissions, approvals, and documentation required by clients.
- Build long-term business relationships and identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio with existing customers.
- Perform any other sales and business development activities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹15,812.08 - ₹35,761.90 per month
