Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors professionally.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Receive and distribute courier, postal mail, and deliveries.
Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and company events.
- Maintain front office records and administrative documents.
Store Handling
- Receive, inspect, and record office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other administrative materials.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all store items.
- Coordinate with Procurement and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
