About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations between Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and various business applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Azure Integration Services, APIs, middleware, and enterprise application integration.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations / Business Central) and third-party applications.
· Develop REST/SOAP APIs, custom services, and integration components.
· Build and maintain Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management solutions.
· Develop integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse) where applicable.
· Create secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions.
· Work closely with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to understand business requirements.
· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integration platforms.
· Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and integration specifications.
· Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Required Technical Skills
· 6–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP development and integration.
· Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Azure Logic Apps
· Azure Functions
· Azure Service Bus
· Azure API Management (APIM)
· Event Grid
· Azure Storage
· Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData, JSON, XML, and OAuth.
· Experience integrating Dynamics ERP with CRM, HRMS, Payroll, E-commerce, Banking, and third-party enterprise applications.
· Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
· Knowledge of Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS).
· Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and performance optimization.
· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
· Familiarity with Git version control.
· Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Azure Integration Services.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core.
· Experience working with Microsoft Graph APIs.
· Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
· Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
· Experience with Data Migration and ETL processes.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure certifications will be an added advantage.

· Exposure to manufacturing, retail, finance, or healthcare domains.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
