We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments or meetings
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
